Photo submission guidelines

To assist our surgeons in providing an accurate assessment, please follow the instructions below when taking and submitting your photos.

Have Someone Take Your Photos

Please ask a friend, family member, or partner to take your photos wherever possible.

If nobody is available to assist, place your phone on a stable surface and use the timer function to take the photos.

Do not take selfies or mirror photos. Selfies and mirror shots can significantly distort body proportions, angles, and measurements, making it difficult for the surgeon to accurately assess your anatomy and provide appropriate recommendations.

For the most accurate assessment:

  • Position the camera approximately 1.5 metres away from you.
  • Always hold or position the camera at chest height.
  • Ensure the treatment area is fully visible within the frame.
  • Take photos in a well-lit area with plenty of natural light where possible.
  • Avoid shadows, dark rooms, backlighting, and overhead lighting that may obscure the treatment area.
  • Ensure all images are clear, sharp, and in focus.

Important:

  • Do not edit, filter, or compress your photos.
  • Send only original, high-resolution files.

📩How to Send Your Photos

  • Email them directly to: hello@cosmedconnect.com

Disclaimer:

The photographs you provide are used for preliminary assessment purposes only.

Any recommendations, treatment options, pricing estimates, or surgical suitability assessments provided based on photographs are indicative only and may change following an in-person consultation and physical examination by the surgeon.
