Patient Consultation
A 26-year-old male from Sydney, Australia. Height 180cm, weight 95kg. He had been committed to a weight loss programme through diet and exercise but found it difficult to reach his body composition goals. He was seeking a slimmer waistline and a more athletic-looking torso.
He had explored the procedure in Australia but found the cost prohibitive, which led him to connect with COS MEDCONNECT and explore his options in Ho Chi Minh City.
Pre-Operative Assessment
Fit and healthy male, moderately overweight. Most of his weight is carried around the trunk. He also has mildly fatty mounds on his chest. Ultrasound demonstrated no evidence of gynaecomastia( male breasts)
Surgical Solution
Moderate to Hi-Def 360 VASER liposuction was performed, including the upper arms. Skin tightening using Renuvion. Fat grafting to the upper pectoral major muscles. A total of 3750ml of fat was removed. 100ml of fat was grafted to each pectoral muscle under ultrasound guidance.
Post-Operative Update
This gentleman had an uneventful recovery. Routine lymphatic massages and RF treatments as with all our liposuction patients. He wore his compression garment for 6 weeks. He was dedicated to maintaining his weight loss regimen, and this has helped his aesthetic result.
