All-Inclusive Breast Augmentation Package in Vietnam

• The Package includes breast augmentation surgery, hospital fees, accommodation, and the specific inclusions listed within the package description.

• The Package price is based on the inclusions expressly stated in the package description only. Any services, procedures, products, upgrades, investigations, or expenses not expressly included are excluded and may incur additional charges. 

Medical procedures are performed by independent third-party medical providers. COS MEDCONNECT acts as a facilitator and coordinator only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or surgical services. All medical decisions are made by the treating medical practitioners.

• Package pricing includes one pair of Motiva® or Mentor® round silicone breast implants, subject to availability and surgeon approval, with a maximum size of 400cc.
• While Clients may discuss their preferred implant type, size and profile with the treating surgeon, the final implant selection will be determined by the surgeon based on clinical assessment, anatomical suitability, Client safety considerations, and available implant options.
• Anatomical (teardrop-shaped) breast implants are not available in Vietnam and are not included within this Package.
• Clients requesting implants larger than 400cc or alternative implant options not included within the Package will incur additional charges, subject to surgeon approval and implant availability.

• The Package includes accommodation in a centrally located 3-star hotel in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, in a Studio Room (No Window) or equivalent room category, subject to availability.
• The room may accommodate up to two (2) adults in accordance with the accommodation provider’s policies.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Package includes accommodation for the Client only. Any accommodation costs relating to companions, guests, additional occupants, or upgrades are payable separately.
• Clients and any accompanying guests are responsible for complying with the accommodation provider’s terms and conditions, house rules, and policies during their stay.
• Any costs arising from room upgrades, additional guests, property damage, policy violations, late check-out fees, lost key charges, or other accommodation-related charges are the responsibility of the guest and must be settled directly with the accommodation provider.
• The Facilitator may substitute accommodation with accommodation of a similar standard where reasonably necessary due to availability, operational requirements or circumstances beyond its control.

• The Package does not include hotel incidentals, meals, personal expenses, or any goods or services purchased during the hotel stay.
• Any charges incurred by the client, their companion(s), guest(s), or visitor(s), including but not limited to minibar purchases, laundry services, transportation, room upgrades, companion fees, property damage, late check-out fees, or other accommodation-related charges, are the sole responsibility of the individual incurring the charge and must be settled directly with the accommodation provider.

• Flights, visas, passports, medical travel insurance, meals, spending money, and other travel-related expenses are not included.
• Clients are responsible for arranging appropriate travel and medical insurance suitable for overseas surgery and recovery.
• For the avoidance of doubt, visa application assistance is administrative support only and does not constitute migration, immigration or legal advice. Visa approval is not guaranteed.

• The Package includes only the procedure specified.
• Additional procedures requested by the Client or recommended by the surgeon will be quoted separately.
• Additional costs may apply where a Client requires services outside the Package inclusions, including but not limited to pre-operative investigations, specialist consultations, prescription medications, extended hospital stays, treatment of complications, revision procedures, or additional medical care deemed necessary by the treating surgeon or hospital.
• The need for additional medical services, investigations, treatment, or procedures will be determined by the treating surgeon or medical team based on the Client’s individual circumstances. Where additional costs apply, these will be discussed with the Client where reasonably practicable prior to the services being provided.

• Surgery dates, surgeon availability, hospital bookings, and accommodation reservations are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
• Payment of the Package fee does not guarantee that surgery will proceed. Surgery remains subject to medical suitability, surgeon approval, hospital availability, and completion of all required medical assessments.

• Prior to booking surgery, all Clients must complete an online consultation with the treating surgeon to determine their preliminary suitability for the procedure.
• Upon arrival in Vietnam, Clients are required to attend a final in-person consultation with the treating surgeon. During this consultation, the surgeon will perform a physical examination, review the Client’s medical history, discuss their goals, and confirm the recommended surgical plan.
• The final treatment plan, including implant size, implant profile, incision placement, surgical technique, and any additional procedures, is determined only after the in-person consultation. Recommendations made during the online consultation are preliminary and may change following the surgeon’s physical assessment.
• If the surgeon determines that additional procedures, investigations, medical treatment, or alternative implants are required, any additional costs will be discussed with the Client before surgery.
• If the surgeon determines that the procedure is not clinically appropriate or cannot safely proceed, the procedure may be postponed, modified, or cancelled in accordance with the Client Service Agreement.

• Package inclusions are non-transferable and may only be used by the Client named on the booking.
• Unused services, accommodation nights, transfers, consultations, or other package components are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services.

• Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests are subject to the terms and conditions contained within the Client Service Agreement.
• Clients should carefully review the Client Service Agreement before making payment, as cancellation fees, refund eligibility, and rescheduling conditions may apply.

• All surgical procedures carry risks. Surgical outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
• Clients acknowledge that individual results may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, anatomy, healing response, lifestyle factors, compliance with post-operative instructions, and other individual circumstances.

Accommodation providers, hospitals, medical practitioners, transport providers and other suppliers involved in delivering the Package may be independent third parties. The Facilitator arranges these services on the Client’s behalf but does not own or operate those services. The Client may be required to comply with any applicable third-party terms and conditions.

These Package Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and the Facilitator submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in that State.

The Facilitator may amend these Package Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any amendments will not apply retrospectively to Packages already purchased, unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing with you.

If any provision of these Package Terms and Conditions is invalid, unenforceable or unlawful, that provision will be read down to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If it cannot be read down, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
