Why COS MEDCONNECT was founded
COS MEDCONNECT was founded by Jane Luong after more than 10 years working in cosmetic and plastic surgery in Australia, including owning and running her own cosmetic clinic.
Through that experience, Jane saw that many people considering surgery overseas struggled to verify information, understand the full process and coordinate their care from another country. Vietnam offered experienced medical professionals and established private hospitals, but international clients often lacked a clear pathway between their initial enquiry, surgical assessment, travel and recovery.
COS MEDCONNECT was created to make the process easier to navigate, from finding and communicating with the right surgical team through to the travel and recovery arrangements around their procedure.
Today, the company combines Australian cosmetic industry experience with a local presence in Ho Chi Minh City. This allows the team to communicate directly with clients and providers while managing the practical details on the ground in Vietnam.
