• All prices are shown and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). However, because our service providers charge us in Vietnamese Dong (VND), prices may change slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.
• COS MEDCONNECT does not add any currency conversion fees, but changes in the exchange rate may affect the final quoted price.

• Accommodation is provided in a standard room at one of our trusted 3-star hotel partners in  Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. If unavailable, a comparable 3 star hotel will be arranged at no additional cost. Room availability and preferences are subject to third-party provider capacity.
• Room preferences, early check-in, and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and must be requested in advance.
• Upgrades to premium rooms and additional nights are available upon request for an extra charge and are subject to availability.
• If you have any accessibility needs or mobility considerations, please advise us during the booking process.
• Package includes 8 nights of accommodation. If additional nights are required based on your surgeon’s recommendation, these will be quoted separately and are subject to hotel availability and current rates.

All package inclusions are subject to availability and may be updated, amended, or substituted where required due to changes by third-party providers. COS MEDCONNECT PTY LTD reserves the right to replace any unavailable component with a service of equal or greater value. Final package details will be confirmed prior to departure. This package includes accommodation and transport for the patient only. Companions are welcome, but additional charges will apply for shared accommodation, bedding, meals, and other guest-related expenses. Clients must notify COS MEDCONNECT PTY LTD in advance if they intend to bring a companion. All arrangements are subject to hotel availability and their policies regarding extra guests. COS MEDCONNECT PTY LTD is not responsible for any personal, dietary, or medical needs of accompanying companions.

Standard cancellation, amendment, and refund conditions apply in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refund eligibility is based on notice periods, deposit status, and third-party costs already incurred. Some components may become non-refundable after bookings are confirmed or services have commenced.

Additional fees may apply during peak travel periods, local holidays, or Vietnamese public celebrations. If your preferred accommodation is unavailable, COS MEDCONNECT PTY LTD will arrange a suitable alternative and confirm any pricing changes with you during the quoting stage.

• Flights: International and domestic airfares. Our team can refer you to a trusted Travel Partner for assistance.

• Personal Expenses: Minibar, laundry, in-room dining, entertainment, personal care products, and phone calls.

• Companion Costs: Companions are responsible for their own meals, entertainment, and any additional services not included in the standard package.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to hotel discretion and availability. Extra charges may apply.
• Additional Nights & Room Upgrades: Available on request at an additional cost, subject to availability.
